Many of you will remember Lilac Cottage in Prestbury — the little tapas restaurant that could. Lilac is its homecoming: the same soul, the same recipes, a new home on Palmerston Street. Our kitchen still cooks from the handwritten recipes of our Spanish Gitano grandmother — dishes passed down through the family, made the way she made them.
Lilac is the return of the much-loved Lilac Cottage of Prestbury — reborn as a tapas and wine bar on Palmerston Street.
